To help us answer quickly and accurately, please include where relevant:
- Your application reference number, if you already have one.
- The full name exactly as it appears on your UK passport.
- The visa type you are asking about - tourist, business, medical or conference.
- A clear description of your question or the issue you are seeing.
Please do not send passport scans, card numbers or other sensitive documents by email unless we specifically ask you to.
Questions about payments or refunds
If your query is about a charge, a duplicate payment or a refund, email us with your application reference and the transaction reference from your UK bank statement. Full details of when refunds apply are set out in our refund policy.
